DAN JONES, AACI, P.App., FRI, RI(BC)

Dan is the president and owner of Campbell & Pound and has been a practicing appraiser for more than twenty-eight years. Some of his professional background includes:

• Worked for the British Columbia Assessment Authority from 1974 to 1986.
• Vice-President of ICI ASSESSEMENT REVIEW LTD from 1986-87.
• Opened Campbell & Pound Ltd. 1987.
• Surrey Office of Campbell & Pound Ltd. opened in 1988.
• Established White Sails Consulting Group Inc. - Assessment Appeal Branch in 1987.
• Abbotsford office of Campbell & Pound Ltd. opened in 1995.
• Mr. Jones is an active member of the Appraisal Institute of Canada:
  • sitting on various Committees and Boards
  • past Provincial council member
  • advisor to the president
  • and Planning and Strategy session member.
• Mr. Jones is also a current director of the Vancouver Chapter of the Real estate Institute of B.C. - Vancouver Chapter. He is serving a two year term expiring in 2000, having been re-elected in 1998 having served a previous two year term.
• Mr.Jones has extensive experience in all types of real estate appraisals and expertise in assessment appeals and expropriations.
