Description
In response to the times, where technological advances not only permit greater efficiency and speed, but also increasingly demand it, Campbell & Pound has invested in a cutting edge system to remain in the forefront of meeting our clients' needs.
In the past, appraisals were often faxed ahead while the original copy was sent by courier. Often the faxed copy was then re-faxed by the client to their clients. As we all know, the resulting quality of appearance was severely downgraded by this method.
The appraisal sent by courier would generally require a minimum of two hours, and sometimes overnight, delay from the time the appraisal was actually finished.
Now, using the backbone of the internet, coupled with backend scripting and security measures, Campbell & Pound can make appraisals available to its clients immediately.
Clients with access to the internet that have registered for this service will be able to access their appraisals within minutes of their completion, and in a format that is as good as the original.
Security
Once an account has been set up for a client, they will receive the simple instructions and optional orientation for using the simple yet powerful E-Club Service.
Each client will only be able to "see" appraisals that have been done for their account and no one elses, as Campbell & Pound is committed to client privacy and security.
Clients will have the option to either view and/or print the appraisal(s), or to save them to their own computer systems. The format for saving is entirely safe, yet if it is against their company policy to do so, the option for viewing and printing only is still far superior to the old method of faxing.
Clients with color printers will be able to have full color photos right away as well.
